As usual, another informative post! I have learned so much about ultrasound from you! I see you added ClustrMap to your BLOG, way to go. I added it to mine just a few days ago and the dots are growing and spreading. Seems I have quite a following from the mid-west! Maybe you will too. Good luck.
I was thinking of you yesterday when I sat for two hours waiting with my husband for and MRI at offcourse my local hospital. Things don't run as smooth in other places. Maybe I'm just bias :)
Ultrasounds are a cost effective, non-invasive,radiation-free painless test that replace outdated methods. Patients that have been exposed to previous methods are fortunate to now use this up to date testing.
I am a Sonographer that is currently in management at a large hospital in Boston. I am very passionate about my profession and all the opportunities for growth and knowledge expansion within the field. I intially went through an associates program in Radiologic Technology and continued into a certificate Ultrasound program. I have been RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) and RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) since Feb. 2000. I am currently in a Masters program in Healthcare Management. This website has been formed to partially fulfill set expectations in Information, Research, and Technology class.
